Key Responsibilities

Lead qualification over the phone and email.

Systematic follow-ups and lead nurturing.

Scheduling calls with leads.

Constant collaboration with the Business Development and Marketing team and providing them with reports.

Constant use of active and passive client engaging channels (messengers, social services, etc.).

Answering typical customer questions.

Providing potential clients with relevant presentations and portfolios in order to demonstrate the company’s services and solutions.

General support for the marketing and sales team.
Essential Skills
- Must Have advanced written and spoken Communication Skill
- Must be responsible, result-oriented, and a fast learner
- Open-minded and extroverted person, who likes communicating with the team and potential customers
- Sociable, flexible, proactive team player with outside-the-box thinking.
- perfectionist in your attitude to work (systematic and self-organized)
- experience in active and passive communication with foreign clients/customers.
- Better understanding of the culture of the our clients
- Possess advanced listening skills
- Strong analytical skills.
As a plus
- Experience in customer support, call centers, sales departments will be an advantage.
Qualification
- Graduation / MBA in Sales & Marketing will be prefered

- Minimum 2 Years, Maximum 4 Years
