Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead qualification over the phone and email.
  • Systematic follow-ups and lead nurturing.
  • Scheduling calls with leads.
  • Constant collaboration with the Business Development and Marketing team and providing them with reports.
  • Constant use of active and passive client engaging channels (messengers, social services, etc.).
  • Answering typical customer questions.
  • Providing potential clients with relevant presentations and portfolios in order to demonstrate the company’s services and solutions.
  • General support for the marketing and sales team.

Essential Skills

  • Must Have advanced written and spoken Communication Skill
  • Must be responsible, result-oriented, and a fast learner
  • Open-minded and extroverted person, who likes communicating with the team and potential customers
  • Sociable, flexible, proactive team player with outside-the-box thinking.
  • perfectionist in your attitude to work (systematic and self-organized)
  • experience in active and passive communication with foreign clients/customers.
  • Better understanding of the culture of the our clients
  • Possess advanced listening skills
  • Strong analytical skills.

As a plus

  • Experience in customer support, call centers, sales departments will be an advantage.

Qualification

  • Graduation / MBA in Sales & Marketing will be prefered

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 Years, Maximum 4 Years
